The following video is a promotional movie produced to demontstrate the future capabilities of Boeing's experimental UCAV. This is a clear indication of the use of UAV technology for war fighting purposes in the future and it is now clearly time to ask the Welsh Assembly Government to clearly state it's position on this new strategic weaponry and whether or not they took this into account before launching the new project in Parc Aberporth. I believe that what Boeing show and what they have actually developed for military purposes are two seperate things, no manufacturer would get a contract if they showcased the craft they developed to the world (including enemies or potential threats), there is always secrecy involved no matter what anyone says thats why they have secret labs and locations and are not just developed in garden buildings, there are a lot of secret areas around the world where black projects are developed, Lockheed once admitted that the planes you see are at least twenty years behind what is being built.
